One of the first views for visitors will be the main house at LE CASACCE
which is the Tuscan farmhouse of most people's imaginations. Built in traditional stone and adorned with vibrant
red and pink geraniums, the house offers seven bed and breakfast suites on the ground floor, some of which interconnect
so could be opened up into suites. There are two beautiful terraces at the back overlooking the grounds and rolling
hills beyond, and a smaller terrace at the front for guests staying in this part of the house. On the upper floor
are four self contained apartments, each with superb views over the countryside and the grounds. All the bedrooms
can be arranged either as a double bedroom or as a twin according to the needs of your party and are equally suited
to out of season visits. The apartments all offer televisions and fireplace features.

Apartment AMIATA
(1 bedroom, sleeps 2-4 people)
One the first floor of the main house, Amiata comprises one large double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room,
two single sofabeds, and full open plan kitchen with full oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and cafetiere.
The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but the views are superb particularly from the bedroom which overlooks the
grounds and pool.
Apartment TORRENIERI
(1 bedroom, sleeps 2-4 people)
One the first floor of the main house next to Amiata, Torrenieri comprises one large double/twin bedroom, two single
sofabeds, a shower room and full open plan kitchen with full oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and cafetiere.
The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but there are pretty views over the rooftops and the olive trees from which
Enrico makes his oil.
Apartment ORCIA
(2 bedrooms, sleeps 2-6 people)
One the first floor of the main house behind Torrenieri, Orcia comprises two large double/twin bedrooms (one with
double aspect views), two single sofabeds, and two shower rooms, making it ideal for two couples travelling together,
or perhaps a family with teenagers. The kitchen here is set into an alcove off the main room and comprises full
oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and cafetiere. The apartment has a few internal steps here and there
giving it a bit more character, and doesn't have a balcony, but there are nice views over the countryside.
Apartment MONTENERO
(2 bedrooms, sleeps 2-6 people)
One the first floor of the main house opposite Orcia, Montenero comprises two large double/twin bedrooms (one with
double aspect views), two single sofabeds, and a shower room, making it ideal for families with older children.
The open plan kitchen comprises full oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box and cafetiere. Like Orcia, Montenero
doesn't have a balcony, but does have attractive views over the garden and pool.
SUITES
Located on the ground floor of the main house, there are four suites
each comprising two bedrooms and a bath/shower room with toilet. There are also two additional double rooms which
lead off from one another, so they can be offered either separately or opened up to offer interconnecting rooms
for parents and children. The suites share access to two beautiful terraces at the back overlooking the grounds
and rolling hills beyond, and a smaller terrace at the front. SUITE CILIEGIOLO has use of a kitchen
not directly connected to the suite, and the SUITE PADRONALE has just one bathroom shared between both
bedrooms making these suites a little more economical than the others.
The pool is guaranteed to be open from 1 June until 30 September although in
reality it is often open earlier/later depending on the number of guests and the weather. Prices shown below are
per week, and include a change of bed linen and towels per week, electricity, gas and use of the pool.
