Within easy walking distance of the charming medieval village of Randicondoli, Casa Pennano is a lovely single storey villa with large garden and private pool. Casa Pennano is an unpretentious holiday home, ideal location for those who wish to stay in the countryside, but within easy reach of a village and wish to explore an area rich in archaeological and thermal sites. The house has been attractively decorated throughout and combines charming features such as beamed ceilings and terracota floor tiles, with the modern conveniences one would expect. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen with hob and full oven, and a table and chairs where you can eat if you prefer, and access to the terrace. The main living room has been decorated in warm mediterranean colours and offers comfortable seating, a fireplace feature and some traditional furnishings. There is even a television if you should tire of the views. There are two bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with two twin beds as well as a shower room with toilet, making Casa Pennano ideal for families and couples alike. An optional extra bed is available on request for a fifth occupant of if you should need more flexible sleeping arrangements. Outside, there is a terrace with garden table and chairs - perfect for breakfast before heading off for a day sightseeing or some local olives and a glass of chianti before dinner. A barbecue has also been provided if you prefer to eat at home rather that venturing into the village. The 8 x 4m pool is surrounded by grass and a sun umbrella has been provided should you wish to escape the heat of the day Casa Pennano is ideally located just 500 m from the picturesque village of Radicondoli where you can find shops, a bar and two restaurants. The house is just set back from a road but there is little noise. The main important art centres, as well as the coast can be reached by car in 30 - 60 minutes. This house is particularly well cared for, with quality furniture, spacious rooms and a large panoramic window in the lounge, which all help to make guests feel at home.
